לפני שבוע נדלקה לי נורה שמצביעה על בעיה עם המשאבה.
כתבתי לחברה בארה"ב וזאת התשובה שקבלתי.
החלטתי להעלות לפה את התשובה כדי שבמקרה שזה קורה למישהו מבאי הפורום תהיה לו תשובה.
למזלי התשובה באמת עזרה.
שני דברים שבעיקר חשובים זה לשים את המסנן בדיוק במקום כי יש לו מגנט שחייב לשבת במקום
ודבר שני זה הרצת מים בלחץ לשסתום המים
(לפי מה שבררתי קוהלת מטפלת עכשיו בסקובה ולוקחת 80 ש"ח לבדיקה )
1. Remove and reseat Scooba's battery, ensuring that you hear it click into place.
2. Remove and reseat the brush cleaning head
3. Remove and reseat the vacuum port and filter. When replacing the filter, be sure to press firmly into the hole. There is a magnet on the filter that must connect with the magnet on the Scooba.
4. Fill Scooba’s Clean Tank with cold water, shake vigorously, and empty it to remove any debris in the tank.
5. Refill Scooba’s tank with water and an iRobot approved Cleaning Solution.
6. Hold the Scooba's tank over the sink in a horizontal position. Using a pen or pencil, push on the black poppet valve on the bottom of the tank to ensure that solution is coming out.
7. Using a toothbrush or stiff paintbrush, clean around the solution valve to clear any clogs.
Reinstall the tank and run the Scooba. If the issue persists, please continue to the steps below:
With the tank removed, press the POWER button and then the CLEAN button.
If the robot tries to start a cleaning cycle, power off the robot and repeat, pressing the POWER button first and then the CLEAN button. If the pump makes a whirring or squirting sound and the robot does not start a cleaning cycle (Check Tank indicator will light), this indicates that the pump is working. replace the Tank and try starting a new cleaning cycle with the Tank on.
If your Scooba is not giving the whirring sound upon startup to indicate that the pump is activating, please try the following steps:
1. Hold the Scooba so it is standing on it's side and the clear end of the Cleaning Head is touching the ground. Hold the unit about 6-8 inches above the ground, and let the Scooba drop through your hands. Repeat this about 5 times.
2. Next, open the tank and make sure that the filter, battery, and vacuum port are still securely in place. Latch the tank securely and run your Scooba again. Make sure to listen for the whirring sound to ensure that your pump is now activating.
3. If Scooba does begin a cleaning cycle the second time you press the POWER and then the CLEAN button with the Tank removed, the pump valve could be blocked with debris. Using your Scooba suction bulb, a turkey baster, straw or sports bottle, force water through Scooba’s solution valve. Confirm that the suction bulb, baster, straw or sports bottle fits snugly over Scooba’s solution valve, push water through the system. Continue to squeeze until you remove the baster, straw, or suction bulb from the solution valve, so that you do not suck up any air. Repeat this procedure 10 times, and then try re-starting Scooba.
