We are getting a flood of the same question immediately once you have received the Tracking number of your shipment in your account.
The same question : " when will I get my unit...what is the estimated time of arrival ?? ""
We wish we could answer you with a clear answer, as this issue is totally out of our control. Imagine us promising a client from Brazil that he will get his unit on the 4th of july and it was delayed by the courier for reasons we have no clue about.
In order to avoid problems with deliveries we are using the several courier companies which are regarded for this kind of project as the top courier companies in the world.
We cannot push the Courier company nor we can make it faster. We paid for normal delivery rates that suppose to get to your house on an average of 7-10 days approx depending on your country.
The units are on their way. Be patient and in a matter of few days all of you will get their tracking number as per their shipment.
Please stop sending us this kind of question regarding ETA . We simply cannot answer and are reluctant to del-ete them from your accounts log as this will be regarded rude of us to do.
Just be patient. Once you got the Tracking Number you will be able to monitor the way your device is doing to your living room with an online tracking tool.
In order to provide you all smooth and fast delivery we are using various couriers per country. The shipping load was simply too much for one company to handle and we did not require you to pay any additional cost for delivery.
Until that time you all are more than welcome to enjoy your stay with us little more

לא התאפקתי והזמנתי אתמול בערב(מס' 1888)
למרות שהיה רשום -מתאם ה-WIFI יינתן עד 1.7.09 ,עדיין בשלב ההזמנה המתאם הופיע לי ללא עלות.
מקווה שהמוצר יהיה באמת שווה את ההמתנה הארוכה שמצפה לי.

תאריך 1.8.09 הינו עבור ה Batch השני. לדברי החברה, כל היחידות של ה Batch הראשון נשלחו אתמול. מספרי מעקב של רוכשי ה Batch הראשון יופיעו בשאיפה עד מחר בחשבון הרוכשים בחנות Xtreamer.
